    Impeccable packaging. Excellent communication. The only slight drawback: DHL handled the delivery but didn't specify a delivery time. The tracking only shows the time the package left the warehouse and an expected delivery before the end of the day. This is really insufficient on DHL's part. Almost all other carriers offer full tracking. However, the price and packaging were very good, so I will definitely use their services again.     It might have been better to use good quality plastic tape rather than brown packing tape, as the latter came unstuck upon arrival. However, everything was so carefully packaged, even double-packed, that the fragile porcelain pieces were unlikely to be damaged.
